WE ENERGIES INSTRUCTIONS

For the protection of customers, WE Energies is not able to provide account information to anyone other than the customer of record, or to whom permission has been given from the account holder. In the event of a Power of Attorney or Guardianship situation you must send in documentation signed by a Judge and WE Energies will be happy to assist you. The quickest way to send in this information is by emailing it to customerservice@we-energies.com.

WPS INSTRUCTIONS

For the protection of customers, WPS is not able to provide account information to anyone other than the customer of record or any responsible party on the account. A third party may provide Power of Attorney (POA), guardianship or conservatorship documentation along with a request for customer information. If the customer information on the form is verified, and the information requested matches what is indicated on the form, information can be released. If the customer is deceased, POA, guardianship and conservatorship is not valid. Power of Attorney documentation can be emailed to customerservice@wisconsinpublicservice.com or faxed to 1-800-722-1898. If the service is in a Trust or an Estate they would need the documentation stating who the personal representative is. This information can be sent to application@wisconsinpublicservice.com. It may also be faxed to 1-800-722-1898.
