Stacey has been in real estate since 2013 and serves as a licensed broker and member of Liv Wisconsin Realty’s leadership team. She works closely with Greg to help build, refine, and grow the brokerage, with a focus on strong systems, operational excellence, and agent success.

Stacey manages agent development across all experience levels, providing coaching, structure, and clear expectations while encouraging agents to take ownership of their business. She is especially passionate about helping agents build sustainable, high-performing careers through smart systems, consistent habits, and ongoing support.

In her leadership role, Stacey oversees daily operations and compliance and plays a hands-on role in improving processes, solving problems, and implementing decisions that support both agents and the brokerage as a whole. Her approach blends accountability with support, helping foster a culture where agents are challenged to grow, collaborate, and serve clients at a high level.
